Kate Bunting has had a passion for horses which started at a very young age. She learnt to ride as a young child, and has since never looked back. Kate has had many horses over the years, and has competed in most equine disciplines. She was a regular with the Atherstone Hunt, which is in her home county of Leicestershire, until moving to Scotland in 2003.
Before moving to Scotland Kate had her own yard in the heart of Leicestershire, where she had a livery business, and also bought and sold horses.
Kate began her formal training at Warwickshire College of Agriculture, and over four years achieved and graduated, with an Advanced Certificate in Equine Business Management, and also a Higher National Diploma in Equine Management.
Kate Bunting has always been a very hands on person with a desir e to teach, therefore whilst studying at Warwickshire College she also progressed up the British Horse Society qualification ladder, achieving the British Horse Society Assistant Instructors qualification.
Having gained
her BHSAI she was then able to lecture at the Warwickshire
College, in horse care and equitation.
Kate knows herself how difficult it is to build up
a rapport with a specific horse, and how hard
it is to find a horse that is worth persevering
with. She has had many horses, and like many
others has spent long, painful hours in the pursuit of the right one, often resorting to compromise in the final purchase, so she knows how disappointing it is to drive hundreds of miles to view what sounds like a perfect horse, only to arrive and be disappointed yet again. For this reason her descriptions of the horses for sale are her honest professional opinion of the animals and she believes them to be exactly as described.
Kate would personally like to thank you for visiting her site and indeed looks forward to helping assist you in finding your perfect horse.
