M74 Motorway, take juction 10 to Lesmahagow

From there follow signs for Lesmahagow.

From the centre of Lesmahagow, take New Trows Road which branches off uphill at the wide junction opposite the Bank of Scotland. Follow New Trows out of the village, past the Birkwood Hospital, for around two miles until  you reach the Auchlochan Estate. Turn right immediately after the Auchlochan Entrance. Follow the road past the retirement homes for approximately ½ mile to a small crossroad. Drive through the crossroad turning right after 100 yards onto a private drive. Turlood Stables is the barn on the left hand side.
